What does your training really offer?

These weren’t hypotheticals… these were their experiences, their concerns, and their opportunities for improvement.

To bring this to life, we used one of our signature hands-on activities. Each group received a facility map and identified:
• Parking lot trouble spots from last winter
• Doors and egress points that historically weren’t cleared
• Indoor areas where run-off from boots or forklifts created hazards
• Known leak points that freeze or pool during cold snaps

The result? Employees were energized. They shared stories. They compared notes. They saw patterns. They spoke up. They engaged. And most importantly, we walked away with actionable data.
