Today, I had the opportunity to deliver Hearing Conservation and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) training for an incredible team at a local manufacturing facility and we proved once again that safety training doesn’t have to mean sitting through another dull slide deck. Instead of a “canned” lecture, we took a hands-on, interactive approach that sparked creativity and real-world discussion. Inspired by Bob Ross, we split the class into groups and challenged each team to create their own PPE masterpiece, drawing out all the gear they’d wear in different areas of the facility.
Once the art was complete, each group presented their designs and explained their PPE choices. That kicked off deeper conversations about:
✅ Types of PPE and when to use them
✅ Selection, maintenance, and cleaning
✅ Drawbacks and how to make smart choices, not just at work, but at home too
Because at the end of the day, safety isn’t just something we do at work, it’s part of how we live every day. What a fun, engaging session with a fantastic group of people. 🙌 If you’re ready to move beyond boring safety talks and bring interactive, memorable training to your team, now’s the time to get on our 📅 2026 training calendar. 👉 Contact us today to design a program that fits your people and your workplace.
