Attention employers! It’s that time of year again—OSHA recordkeeping deadlines are fast approaching. Here’s what you need to know:

✅ Post Your 300-A Summary by February 1, 2025
If your company is required to keep OSHA injury and illness records, you must post the OSHA 300-A Annual Summary in a visible and accessible area for all employees from February 1 through April 30, 2025.

✅ Electronic Submission Due by March 2, 2025
Certain industries must also submit their 300-A data electronically through OSHA’s Injury Tracking Application (ITA). Don’t wait until the last minute—website traffic spikes in late February, and you don’t want to get stuck in the rush!

🚨 Common Recordkeeping Mistakes to Avoid:
❌ Not posting the 300-A in a common area (breakroom, bulletin board, etc.)
❌ Forgetting to have an executive sign the form (A company officer must certify it!)
❌ Recording all incidents instead of only recordable ones (Not every injury meets OSHA’s criteria)
❌ Missing the electronic submission deadline (If required, this can lead to penalties!)
